Vine & Dine
Culinaire is teaming up with Sapore’s executive chef for an epic food pairing: The Italian Vine & Dine Series. Executive Chef, Christopher Hyde, will be preparing a 6 course meal family style, while Linda from Culinaire will be pairing each dish with wine. ANTIPASTO:
Culatello, horseradish crema, compressed melon & purple basil
Pickled cucumber, butterleaf lettuce, dill dressing parmigiano & olio

Ricotta agolotti, Vegemite cacio e pepe, parmigiano frico
