“Joie de Vivre” can be explained in words….but we prefer to tell you with food!!! This class, lead by renowned French chef Thierry Meret, will explore the four elements of France’s culinary traditions that have finally earned a spot on UNESCO’s world heritage list.

This class includes a recipe book, a three-course meal with wine sampling, and a customized kitchen utensil to take home!
