Presented by Branded Magazine and hosted by Marin McCue, this is the third part of a three part series that has been created to be enjoyed in a sequence, but can also be experienced as a single session to receive smaller scale benefits. Through one hour of yoga and one hour of self-development, we will explore the mind-body connection.
This section will be centred around creating your Passion Project
It's not enough to feel good and be good, we also must DO Good! This session we will move our bodies first, engaging in the yoga practice to get out of our heads and let our movement inspire us.
The second half of the two hour workshop we will sit down and reconnect with our Core Values, create a powerful personal Mission Statement, set actions for the week, and talk about how when we live an inspired life - it inspires others to do the same. This session will wrap up the first two sessions and send the group home feeling motivated and ready to create a passion project in their own life.
You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and the majority of the group work is solo, as this journey is yours to lead. But what we hope to do hope to inspire conversation, introspection and self-curiosity, so a desire to learn and connect is encouraged.
Bring a notebook and a yoga mat. Our yoga practice will be beginner/intermediate level. Expect music that you'll want to groove to.
